“Miasto Płynie” (“The City Flows”) is an animated musical and a documentary film raising social and political issues. In an amusing way it depicts the image of contemporary Poland and the city of Lodz seen with the eyes of a child, a self-taught composer, a shop assistant and many other encountered characters. This is a journey into the corners of Lodz and the recesses of human hearts. It is a multi-layered and highly diverse film, which abounds in twists of action, artistic conventions and amusing songs.
