The Se-ma-for Film Foundation was established in April 2008 by the studio Se-ma-for Film Production and so far it has concentrated on the accomplishment of the main statutory goal, that is extensive advertising, supporting and promoting the activity within the range of culture and film art, and in particular an animated film and a children’s film. The foundation carries out non-commercial undertakings connected with the art of animation and cooperates with the studio Se-ma-for Film Production on a daily basis, which specializes in a classical puppet animation and runs Muzeum Bajki (Museum of Bedtime Story).

One of the Foundation priorities is to help young filmmakers in their artistic and professional development. We support their film debuts, second films and all works of high formal and material value.

The Se-ma-for Film Foundation was entered on the list of Public Utility Organizations. Since this year we have received donations - 1% of the income tax from physical persons. We would like to allocate the money we obtain this way to fund children’s films, maintain the Museum of Bedtime Story, subsidize the realization of original and diploma films.
