Se-ma-for has worked out its own technology of creating animation structures, tested in such films as “Peter and the Wolf” or the presently produced “Projekt Chopin” with Breakthru Films and “Maska” by Quay Brothers. Appropriately chosen metal alloy provides our articulated joint with suitable stiffness and flexibility, as well as allows to control an animated puppet to a high extent. The structures we produce are suitable for young creators (due to an attractive price) and for big film productions (very good quality and speed of an order delivery).

Se-ma-for also provides systems of puppets facial expressions control. Silicone and latex puppets can move their cheeks, mouth, eyebrows and eyes. We apply various solutions depending on a project and a puppet’s tasks on the film set. We also provide advanced systems of puppet control – snail structures and remote-controlled structures (small electric engines).
